By accessing the Blanbu website or engaging Blanbu for cybersecurity services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the website or our services.
Blanbu provides cybersecurity services including security training, vulnerability testing, digital forensics, cloud security, and the Blanbu Shield package. Specific service scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are set out in a separate written agreement entered into for each engagement.
Penetration testing, forensic investigations and any active security testing are performed only on systems for which the client has confirmed in writing that they hold the necessary authorisation. The client is responsible for obtaining all required permissions, including from third-party hosting providers, before testing begins.
Blanbu retains all rights to its proprietary methodologies, tooling, templates, training materials and the Blanbu Shield platform. Reports and other deliverables produced for a client become the client's property upon full payment, subject to Blanbu's right to retain anonymised insights for the improvement of its services.
Each party will treat the other's non-public information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to perform the services or by law. Blanbu's findings, including identified vulnerabilities and exploitation paths, are confidential and shared only with personnel the client designates.
Cybersecurity work reduces risk but cannot eliminate it. Blanbu does not warrant that any system can be made invulnerable to attack. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blanbu's total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. Blanbu is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
You agree not to scrape the site at scale, attempt to disrupt its operation, probe it for vulnerabilities without prior written authorisation, or use it to transmit unlawful or malicious content. Automated requests must respect any rate limits expressed in robots.txt.
The website uses third-party services such as Google Analytics and Cal.com booking. Use of these features is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Terms or the services will be submitted to the competent courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date last updated. Continuing to use the website or services after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
